Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for mowing and edging lawns, pruning trees and shrubs, planting and maintaining flowers and foliage, watering and maintaining landscaped areas, and operating a range of powered equipment (mowers, tractors, chain saws, clippers, blowers) to keep campus outdoor spaces well-maintained. Duties include following planned landscaping designs, installing and maintaining irrigation and drainage systems, distributing mulch and fertilizers, and performing general tool/equipment maintenance and repairs. Must be able to work on-site in Green Valley, AZ, and join a team focused on integrity, compassion, and respect for seniors and coworkers.
