Job Summary
Maintain community grounds and equipment to achieve a manicured appearance; perform mowing, pruning, planting, weed control, and debris removal using tractors, power mowers, string trimmers and hand tools. Operate irrigation systems, monitor and repair as needed, and inspect areas daily for cleanliness and hazards. Apply insecticides/herbicides and fertilizers as needed; report malfunctions and maintenance needs. Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Pay: $18–$20/hour DOE. Benefits include health/dental/vision plans, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and additional perks. Requires 2–5 years of landscaping experience and proficiency with landscaping equipment and maintenance tasks.
