Job Summary
Carries out a wide variety of groundskeeping operations and provides landscaping services for Facility grounds, including lay out/installation and maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers; plans, directs and participates in snow removal activities; maintains and repairs grounds equipment; coordinates watering, mowing, weeding, and fertilization; works with outside landscaping specialists as needed; may perform related trades such as masonry and plastering tasks; responsible for emergency call-ins and adapting maintenance for weather-related issues; requires good mechanical aptitude and ability to lift over 35 lbs; outdoor work in varying elements and effective communication with co-workers.
