Job Summary
Maintain assigned grounds areas by keeping trash receptacles clean, clearing sidewalks and parking lots of litter, and trimming tree branches. Operate power lawn mowers and snow removal equipment while ensuring all plant beds remain free of weeds. This role requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a Level 4 Gaming License. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED with preferred grounds maintenance experience. The position involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional exposure to extreme heat, cold, and loud casino environments.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)

- valid driver's license

- Level 4 Gaming License
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations
- Ability to regularly stand
- Ability to regularly walk
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
