Job Summary
Clean and maintain outdoor areas including basic lawn and garden care, sprinkler system repairs, outdoor lighting, fencing, and trash receptacles. Sweep, pick up debris, and operate within OSHA standards while managing company supplies and equipment inventory. Report maintenance needs, lighting outages, and ensure compliance with fair housing rules and company policies. Maintain accurate reporting in a timely manner. Valid driver's license required; infrequent travel up to 10%.
