Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining curb appeal and safety across apartment community grounds, performing property walks, debris removal, seasonal maintenance (snow and leaf clearance), inventory and safe use of tools/equipment, and delivering responsive resident-focused service with emphasis on OSHA safety and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of previous Groundskeeper or similar experience preferred
- Ability to speak and understand English
- General computer knowledge
- Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
- Valid driver's license may be required
