Job Summary
Maintain daily grounds cleaning and manage exterior curb appeal at the La Vista apartment community. Report physical damage or exterior concerns to the Community and perform light maintenance improvements as needed. Collaborate with the Manager and leasing personnel to identify high-visibility areas for special programs and recommend improvements that benefit marketing and leasing. Assist residents with special requests and resolve physical problems for the community. Work part-time hours with other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Background Screening and Drug Test Required
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of grounds experience preferred
- Multifamily experience preferred
