Groundskeeper - Enclave Falcon Pointe

Groundskeeper position responsible for maintaining the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. Responsibilities include inspecting and cleaning common areas, removing litter and debris, preparing vacants for turnover, performing minor service requests, changing locks as per policy, ensuring gate safety, distributing notices, reporting hazards, and delivering courteous resident service. Must adhere to safety policies (OSHA) and participate in required safety trainings; position may require occasional travel to assist other properties, and requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-site role with an hourly pay range of $17-$18 and potential bonuses; comprehensive benefits and paid time off offered for full-time employees.
