Groundskeeper- District on La Frontera

Greystar seeks a Groundskeeper for the District on La Frontera responsible for maintaining community grounds, removing litter and debris, preparing vacants for turnover, ensuring gate and lock functionality, and delivering courteous, responsive service to residents. Duties include inspecting grounds, cleaning common areas, assisting with make-ready tasks, reporting hazards, following OSHA and safety requirements, and supporting the service team and community manager. Requires valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property; physical ability to perform routine outdoor maintenance and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
