Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining grounds and premises in a sanitary manner, including mowing, watering, painting areas (buildings/parking lots), trash pickup, and supporting team development and adherence to company policies and Simmons OS. Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, lift up to 50 pounds, wear PPE (reflective vest, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves). Requires a valid driver’s license and forklift certification/training. On-site in Siloam Springs, AR. Preference for poultry or food processing experience; military experience welcomed.
