Job Summary
Remove trash and litter from property grounds, sweep and pressure wash pathways and buildings, perform basic gardening and weeding, and wipe down windows and common furniture. Complete general maintenance tasks related to household, building, and grounds repairs. Work on-call during nights, weekends, and company events, maintaining the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs, walk and stand for long periods, and navigate elevation changes while climbing stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. Cottonwood Residential is redefining the customer experience through self-guided tours and welcomes innovation to improve community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Available to work on-call during nights/weekends and Company events
- Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and ability to navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance
- Frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and ability to navigate difficult terrain and access small areas
