Groundskeeper-Coopers Pond Apartments

Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities while removing trash and managing dumpster/compactor areas. Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup, and assist with apartment make-ready preparation. Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly and support the maintenance team with property projects as needed. This role offers 3 weeks of PTO in the first year, 9 paid holidays, and paid birthday time off.
