Job Summary
Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Inspect the community throughout the day to remove debris and ensure all common areas, including lawns, parking areas, and hallways, remain neat and free of litter. Remove debris from vacant units prior to the make-ready process, transfer trash to appropriate storage, and maintain storage areas. This full-time role in Santa Ana, CA offers a pay range of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour with full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- 1+ years of grounds experience preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and multi-task effectively
- Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
