Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for upkeep of the First Point Apartments grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings. Performs minor and routine service requests, inspects the community to keep common areas neat and litter-free, removes debris from vacant units during turn processes, and assists with make-ready tasks. Must maintain a clean, safe, and attractive exterior environment; excellent customer relations and teamwork are valued. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work as part of a team are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of grounds experience preferred
- Customer relations and interpersonal communications
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and multi-task effectively
- Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
