Job Summary
Groundskeeper position for Cadena at the Falls at Greystar. Responsible for maintaining community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. Responsibilities include inspecting the community and cleaning common areas, removing litter and debris, assisting with make-ready process and turnover, performing lock changes, ensuring pool area gates operate to code, distributing notices, and communicating hazards to supervisors. Demonstrates customer service by answering resident questions and addressing maintenance-related complaints; participates in safety trainings (OSHA and related laws); and supports the service team to uphold safety and quality standards. Requires valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property and a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role is full-time and offers compensation of $17.00–$19.00 per hour with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders; push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with assistance
