Job Summary
Groundskeeper needed to maintain outdoor property across multiple properties. Responsibilities include daily property walks to pick up trash, landscaping tasks (mowing, trimming, mulching), use of power tools (leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.), snow removal and salting during winter, keeping maintenance shop organized, reporting safety hazards, assisting with unit make-ready tasks, and following safety and security protocols. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team; requires reliable transportation and the ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
