Job Summary
Groundskeeper needed at Indian Springs Apartments in Broken Arrow, OK. Full-time with on-call availability. Responsibilities include cleaning grounds and removing litter, spreading salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup, daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds (including trash removal), care, maintenance and inventory of supplies and equipment owned by the property/management company, courteous and efficient service, responding on-call, assisting with make-readies, and assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- General maintenance experience preferred
