Job Summary
Maintain and clean the grounds of Hopewell Heights Apartments in Hopewell, VA, including litter removal, salt application for ice prevention, and daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds. Assist with basic maintenance tasks and make-readies, adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies, and operate with a professional appearance. Be available to work on-call, report unusual circumstances, manage supplies and equipment inventory, and provide courteous, efficient service to residents and staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- General maintenance experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Criminal background and drug test required
