Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of multiple apartment communities by picking up trash, cleaning common areas, and managing landscaping duties like watering and trimming. Assist maintenance teams with light tasks, apartment make-ready, and equipment upkeep while monitoring property appearance and reporting concerns. Travel between assigned communities as needed to support operations and deliver excellent customer service to residents. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to walk the property daily, climb stairs, and use ladders when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, maintenance, or related experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and positive customer service skills
