Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. Duties include inspecting the grounds to remove litter and debris, preparing vacant apartments for turnover, completing routine service requests, changing locks, ensuring pool-area gates are functional, distributing notices, and communicating hazards. Must adhere to safety policies (OSHA-related) and participate in safety trainings; role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and may require occasional travel to assist other properties. Compensation includes hourly pay with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
