Groundskeeper - Braeswood Place

Maintains the community grounds and amenities at Braeswood Place, inspecting grounds throughout the day to keep common areas neat, removing litter and debris, and assisting with make-ready and turnover processes. Performs routine service requests, changes locks as needed, and ensures pool-area gates operate according to safety standards. Communicates with residents, answers questions, and responds to maintenance-related concerns. Supports safety compliance by attending trainings on OSHA and related safety requirements, and reports hazards promptly. Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Emphasizes guest services, teamwork, and maintaining curb appeal as part of overall community upkeep.
