Job Summary
Maintain outdoor spaces through cleaning, trash removal, basic landscaping, and safety checks. Perform power washing of sidewalks, entryways, and parking areas; sweep and clean exterior areas; inspect grounds for hazards and report maintenance needs. Operate and maintain cleaning and landscaping equipment; replace lightbulbs in the garage; ensure safety procedures and use of PPE. Must be able to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing) and work independently or as part of a team. Prioritize cleanliness, safety, and proactive communication to coordinate with the site.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- On-the-job training provided for equipment use and safety
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance and landscaping
