Maintenance Assistant responsibilities include maintaining the community grounds and exterior spaces, cleaning outdoor areas, planting and tending to flowerbeds and landscaping, mowing and fertilizing, operating basic maintenance tools, cleaning vacated units, assisting with light maintenance and punch lists, and following safety/OSHA requirements. The role supports the Maintenance Manager or Community Manager and requires physical activity such as lifting, walking, bending, and climbing, with the potential for pool maintenance, snow removal, and salt application as needed.
