Job Summary
Maintain the grounds of the assigned property by cleaning outside each building and surrounding grounds, ensuring a uniform landscaped look through debris removal, gutter cleaning, and plant tending. Trim, mow lawns, apply fertilizer and insecticides, and utilize pest control equipment while following safety/OSHA requirements. Clean and remove trash, perform pool maintenance duties, shovel snow, and spread salt on passageways. Clean vacated apartments and common areas daily, including fitness facilities and bathrooms, and assist with light work orders such as painting and appliance moving. Work full-time with regular attendance and punctuality.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in grounds keeping in a multi-family environment
- Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials
- Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects
- Must be able to walk, bend, reach, climb, and lift to 80 lbs
- Regular attendance and punctuality
