Job Summary
Operate push or riding lawnmowers, string trimmers, and snow blowers to maintain lawn vibrancy, clear walkways of snow and ice, and remove debris from communal spaces. Water all plants and lawn evenly, spread fertilizer and mulch, prune overgrown limbs, and treat landscaping with pesticides to eliminate harmful insects. Plant new flowers and shrubs, rake fallen leaves, clean gutters, and ensure outdoor furniture, décor, and lighting remain in good working order. Properly store and handle all equipment, tools, and sprinklers while overseeing repairs to landscape structures and hardscape walkways. Observe vehicle and equipment conditions daily, reporting servicing needs to the supervisor. Perform weekend and holiday duties, including putting up seasonal decorations for resort events.
