Job Summary
Maintain the grounds of the assigned property by cleaning outside each building and surrounding grounds to ensure a uniform landscaped look. Remove debris, clean out building gutters, and plant or tend to flowerbeds, trees, and shrubs while trimming, mowing lawns, and applying fertilizer or insecticides. Perform pool maintenance, shovel snow, spread salt on passageways, and clean vacated apartments or common areas including fitness facilities and bathrooms. Assist with light work orders such as painting or moving appliances and follow all safety and OSHA requirements. Requires 2+ years of landscaping experience, high school diploma, and ability to lift 80 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in grounds keeping in a multi-family environment
- Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials
- Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects
- Must be able to walk, bend, reach, climb, and lift to 80 lbs
- Regular attendance and punctuality
