Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining hotel exterior and landscape year-round, including sidewalks, courtyards, entrances, and outdoor spaces. Duties include litter removal, snow/ice management, salt/grit application, watering plants, pruning and trimming, lawn/shrub care, weed control, and assisting with seasonal terrain maintenance. Requires physically fit, able to work outdoors in varying weather, capable of lifting and performing manual labor, independent work ethic, teamwork, attention to detail, and flexible availability (weekends/holidays). Required Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to lift, bend, shovel, and perform manual labour
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team mindset
- Detail-oriented and maintains high standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license or international equivalent
