Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper at Avondale House responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the grounds at the main campus and residential care homes. Duties include mowing, trimming, weeding, debris removal; planting, maintaining, and pruning trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation; applying fertilizers and pesticides per safety guidelines; operating, maintaining, and servicing landscaping equipment; and performing other duties as assigned. Must demonstrate Avondale House's Core Values and be able to work independently with knowledge of landscaping practices; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds (up to 100 with assistance) and stand for 6–8 hours. Requires HS diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.”,
