Job Summary
Walk the property daily to remove trash from exterior areas, clean around dumpsters, and perform landscaping tasks including raking, mulching, weeding, and watering. Empty all trash containers, clean fixtures and carpets in common areas, and maintain laundry rooms by emptying trashcans and wiping down machines. Use a digital device to manage work orders, review inspections, and document all tasks. Perform snow removal by shoveling steps, sidewalks, and walkways, applying ice melt, and reporting activities to the Community Manager. Report safety concerns immediately and adhere to Fair Housing laws while maintaining professional conduct with residents and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle, mini-truck, under-speed vehicles (USV) and utility vehicles (UTV)
- Auto insurance
