Groundskeeper at Factory 52

Season Groundskeeper at Factory 52 assists the Lead Maintenance Technician in maintaining the community’s grounds and amenities, ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. Responsibilities include meeting with the manager/lead technician on schedules and goals, handling resident-relations duties with a friendly, helpful attitude, completing service requests promptly, leaving each resident’s apartment in the same condition as entered, reporting major repairs to the lead technician, maintaining grounds and amenities, ensuring clean pools and common areas, preserving curb appeal by picking up trash/debris, coordinating lock/key tasks, assisting in eviction set-outs, performing routine maintenance on interior/exterior systems and fixtures (A/C/heating, appliances, lighting, doors, windows, plumbing-related items), responding to emergencies, closing out work orders promptly, and performing any additional duties as assigned by the lead technician or property manager. The role requires ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, a capability to lift up to 100 pounds, exposure to outdoor climate conditions, and effective communication with residents and staff.
