Job Summary
Police grounds daily and throughout the day as needed. Complete grounds work including planting, pruning, weeding, seeding, and removing foliage, shrubs, trees, or grasses. Assist in preparing market-ready units by removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready. Operate various mechanical or electrical equipment and garden tools, including snow removal if applicable. Communicate regularly with company employees, outside vendors, and other individuals to fulfill position responsibilities. Maintain knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity requirements and OSHA safety standards while performing duties in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- English proficiency – both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations
- Ability to operate a two-axle motor vehicle
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate all necessary tools to perform the essential functions of the position
- Experience and working knowledge of OSHA and other environmental safety standards
- Ability to perform a variety of duties in all types of weather
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License preferred
