Job Summary
Groundskeeper needed to maintain the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas across Arlington Properties communities. Responsibilities include routine property maintenance and cleaning, reporting repair needs to the Service Manager, assisting with unit preparation for new residents, supporting move-outs/turnovers, seasonal outdoor tasks (e.g., snow/leaf removal), pool area upkeep where applicable, and adherence to safety policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, outdoor work in various weather, and contributing to resident satisfaction and first impressions. Required Qualifications
- No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required
- Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
