Job Summary
Keep grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free while assisting with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks. Report repair needs to the Service Manager and help prepare units for new residents. Maintain neat work and storage areas, support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers, and handle seasonal tasks like snow or leaf removal. Clean and maintain pool areas where applicable. Adhere to all safety and company policies. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
