Job Summary
Maintain facility grounds by mowing lawns, treating weeds, trimming trees, and removing debris to ensure cleanliness and presentability. Execute general landscaping tasks, upkeep onsite buildings and pool areas, and dispense propane as needed. Collect yard waste, clean building facilities, empty trash containers, and maintain company-owned rental units. Report maintenance concerns to management and perform cleaning or repairs on assigned units. Requires at least one year of groundskeeping experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Full-time or part-time role with weekend availability; relocation to Jennings, FL, is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of groundskeeping experience
- Customer Service Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and co-workers
- Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done
- Proficient with various hand tools and power equipment
- Must be within commuting distance from the property
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically
- Able to work in changing environmental conditions throughout the year
- Safely able to handle and utilize necessary equipment for the role
- Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 40 pounds
- Relocate before starting work
- Weekends as needed
