Groundskeeper - Apela House

Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain community appearance and operational standards across grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and common areas. Prepare vacant apartments for resident move-in and complete service requests as directed. Ensure all tasks align with established community standards. This role supports the Apela House team in delivering a high-quality living environment for residents.
