Job Summary
Walk the property daily to pick up trash, remove debris, and maintain dog waste stations and dumpster areas. Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and mulching using hand tools and power equipment like leaf blowers and hedge trimmers. Remove snow and apply salt to sidewalks and steps during winter weather, while keeping the maintenance shop organized and stocked. Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns to the Service Supervisor and assist with unit make-ready tasks as requested. Follow company safety procedures and property security protocols. This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Candidates must be available for emergency response during inclement weather and may rotate between properties. The position offers a $16 hourly wage with a transportation allowance, 8 paid holidays, and comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
