Job Summary
Seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain property cleanliness and landscaping tasks, operate equipment, and respond to seasonal needs, requiring a high school diploma and physical capability.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate power tools and landscaping equipment
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically active role
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and kneeling required
- Able to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, rain)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Use of a vehicle for the entirety of each scheduled shift is mandatory; may be assigned to work at multiple properties
- Available for emergency response during inclement weather events
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and outdoor maintenance
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
