Job Summary
As a Groundskeeper, you will maintain outdoor spaces of the apartment complex by trimming hedges, watering plants, planting flowers/shrubs/trees, repairing fences and walkways, and addressing maintenance needs. You will operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, collaborate with the maintenance team to complete tasks, manage inventories of landscaping supplies, and respond to residents' landscaping-related requests. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks, and communicating effectively with team members and management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and plant care.
- A valid driver's license may be required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces.
