Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces at apartment communities, including cleaning and debris removal from grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas; assisting with routine property maintenance, reporting repair needs, helping prepare units for new residents, supporting move-outs and turnovers, and performing seasonal tasks like snow or leaf removal. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather, lift up to 100 lbs, read/write English, and have a valid driver’s license.
