Groundskeeper

Maintain the apartment community's curb appeal and cleanliness through duties such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming hallways; trash removal around the exterior and common areas; seasonal grounds maintenance (mowing, pruning, mulching, leaf removal); snow/ice removal; applying salt to sidewalks/parking lots as directed; watering lawn and plantings; removing expired trees/shrubs and replacing; power washing exteriors; equipment maintenance; and general repairs to fences, gates, walls, and walkways under the direction of the Property Manager. Requires High School Diploma or GED and legal authorization to work in the United States.
