Job Summary
Groundskeeper at Fairmont Grand Del Mar, responsible for operating light motorized equipment to maintain the golf course and surrounding landscapes; duties include mowing greens, tees, aprons, edges around trees and bunkers, cart-path maintenance, transporting materials with light carts, and keeping equipment fueled and serviced. Work includes cleaning and returning equipment, collecting litter, assisting with projects such as soil prep, grading, soil base preparation, sod installation, trench backfilling, and annual overseeding. May operate additional light or heavy equipment as needed. Requires English communication, driving skills, physical stamina for long periods, ability to manage others, and capability to work outdoors in varying temperatures; adherence to safety and maintenance protocols and participation in company benefits and development programs.
