Job Summary
Maintains outdoor spaces including lawns, gardens, and recreation areas. Operates and maintains equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and trimmers; plants flowers, shrubs, and trees; prunes and deadheads bushes; applies mulch and maintains current landscaping. Removes trash and debris from common areas and checks permanent recreation equipment for safety.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to perform tasks that involve regular bending, stooping, squatting, walking and lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
