Job Summary
Maintain the grounds fleet (mowers, UTVs, etc.) at client sites in the Greer SC area by planning, overseeing, and performing equipment maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs. Support the grounds manager by monitoring budgets for labor hours and material purchases while conducting routine inspections and keeping daily logs to notate issues and progress. Operate motor vehicles, lift and move equipment and materials, and perform safety training while adhering to all company, client, and regulatory policies. This full-time, 1st shift role requires a valid driver's license and two years of grounds maintenance experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Must have a valid state Driver's License
- 2 years of experience in performing grounds maintenance
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to conduct detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to operate motor vehicles
- Ability to lift/move equipment, materials, supplies and tools
- Ability to lift up to 90 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move to 50 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
