Grounds Technician (Conventional)

Maintain aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces by conducting daily trash and debris cleanup, weekly sweeping of amenities like pools and courts, and seasonal landscaping including trimming flowerbeds, weeding, and raking lawns. Operate snow removal equipment to clear walkways and spread salt, while checking and securing spa covers twice daily in winter. Perform inside tasks such as sweeping garages, stocking supply dispensers, and conducting monthly light audits to replace fixtures as needed. Report improperly registered vehicles, broken property items, and safety concerns to management, and assist service technicians with maintenance tasks. Work independently while communicating clearly with the supervisor, adhering to key control policies and OSHA procedures.
