Job Summary
The Grounds Technician at RR Living is responsible for maintaining the grounds surrounding multifamily housing complexes, which includes tasks such as rubbish removal, snow removal assistance, power washing buildings and parking lots, cleaning common areas, and painting touch-ups. Candidates must have excellent public relations skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. Fair Housing certification is required before interacting with residents.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work effectively as a member of a professional apartment maintenance team
