Grounds Specialist - The Elson Longmont - Longmont, CO

Grounds Specialist maintains the property's grounds, common areas and amenities and assists the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include walking the property to remove litter, debris and pet droppings; removing trash and recycling per schedule; daily pool level checks and weekly pool vacuuming; cleaning and upkeep of facilities; maintenance of grills and safety checks on timers and knobs. Preferred qualifications include one or more years of general labor experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification. Requires the ability to use hand tools and cleaning supplies, strong time-management and communication skills, and the ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
