Grounds Specialist - Inkwell at Baseline ~ Broomfield, CO

Grounds Specialist maintains the property's grounds, common areas and amenities, and assists the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include walking the property to remove litter, debris and pet droppings, removing trash and recyclables, checking and logging pool levels daily and vacuuming pools weekly, cleaning and maintaining facilities and grills, and performing general labor duties. Must be able to lift tools and equipment up to ~50 lbs and work over 40 hours per week as business needs deem appropriate. Preferred qualifications include one or more years of general labor experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification. Strong time management and communication skills are important, and the role involves use of various hand tools and cleaning supplies desired for the job.
