Grounds & Siting Manager

Hands-on leadership role overseeing grounds maintenance and caravan siting activities. Lead, motivate, and coach a team to deliver high guest satisfaction, drive performance, and manage resources including scheduling, budgets, and tools. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, proactively resolve operational issues, and support team development through training and mentoring. Key responsibilities include performance management, guest experience enhancement, resource optimization, problem solving, and ensuring safe, efficient operations while maintaining high standards of service and appearance. Requires proven leadership in grounds/facilities environments, strong communication, budgeting and financial management experience, attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
