Grounds/Porter

Groundskeeper responsible for the maintenance of the property, including cleaning breezeways, sweeping/blowing debris, replacing light bulbs in common areas/buildings, walking the property monthly, pressure washing buildings, preparing market-ready units, cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities, and maintaining the compactor area free from debris. Requires customer service orientation, detailed organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
