Job Summary
Clean stairwells, trim bushes and trees, and powerwash exteriors to maintain building interiors and exteriors. Move materials into apartments, remove trash to dumpsters, and clean apartments. Perform light electric and plumbing tasks, assist team members, sweep and vacuum HVAC units, and change filters. Apply sheetrock, spackle, and paint units as needed. Valid driver's license required.
